About the Owner/Designer
Sheila Grant started dancing and cheerleading at the age of 11. Training in both fields for several years would lead her to participating in various competitions, showcases and talent shows. At the age of 17, this experience would lead her to model in her first fashion show. As this new world opened for her, she would have access to glamours outfits, expensive jewelry, exclusive one-of-a-kind purses, shoes & more. Sheila would open in dance for well-known singing and rap artist. She would have the opportunity to act in commercials and commune with A-list Actors and comedic celebrities. Sheila, being well liked in the modeling industry would often be the featured performer in various fashion shows.
After modeling for over 15 years, Sheila took a leap of faith and started her own dance school, specializing in modeling and etiquette. After two years, she branched out and started designing dance wear. In 2003, Sheila started her second business, (Praise Dancewear & accessories by Grant Designs). She would also continue the dance school for 14 years. Over the years, Sheila has produced several fashion shows, dance concerts, theatrical dance productions, dance workshops and conferences. She is a designer, author, dancer, choreographer, model, speaker and business owner. Her designs have reached across the US, Japan, Jamaica, Africa, Italy and Mexico. She is the self-appointed Fashion Police and the sole Creative behind the designs and creations of all things Emperial Kreations Inc. Rebranded and Newly Established in Jan. of 2023
